by Mr. Doru Voin while working for GeCAD Software. This article presents several
of the viruses/worms coming out at the beginning of 2003, seriously threatening
the Internet: Naith (alias Avril and Lirva), Sobig , SQLSlammer, as well as
new variants of Yaha, Opaserv and ExploreZip. The article also presents several
general advices and considerations regarding the spreading conditions for these
malwares.
